PROJECT: Defi Design

DEFI Design Studio strives to harness the power of design to create innovative products, streamline processes, and elevate user experiences, ensuring ultimate success and competitive advantage for businesses.

Project Overview

• The goal of this project is to address the common pain points experienced by organizations, ranging from inefficient meeting setups to poor decision-making and inadequate performance feedback.

• My group began the project by conducting research and interviews within the space of meeting management & accountability utilizing both primary and secondary user research strategies.

• Another element of the project was to do research on AI and APIs, and understand how it could be applied within the project space and to benefit our stakeholders.

• The final step of the project was to utilize our insights to produce personas, a mid-fidelity prototype, and a research report for our project sponsor. The other portion of the research report is to provide evidence based design strategies and potential design solutions.

My Contributions

During this project I worked on interviewing meeting collaborators, conducting competitive analysis, conducting reddit deep-dives, sketching possible user interface screens, brainstorming solutions, and creating Figma screen mockups.
